I just purchased a updraftplus premium (10 sites) version and migrated a WP site from DEV to PROD (with site key). the first time, it seems OK, maybe the PROD site is empty. (but it’s very slwo. 5 files about 80 MB took almost 2 hours). The 2nd time I added Photos on DEV then do the site key migration again, I got “ERROR: remotesend: Failed to upload file”. I cannot do site key migration again. Why? Please Help!
    Many Thanks!

    Hi,

Please can you link to the log file for the problematic operation?

    Many thanks,

    Hi,

The log appears to show that UpdraftPlus kept trying the operation, and eventually succeeded – if you go to the destination site and the ‘Existing Backups’ tab, you should find the set there.

In “Existing backup” on destination site, there is no backup set from the source site. If the log said “ERROR: remotesend: Failed to upload file”, and no backup files on destination under “Existing backup”, how the migration is succeeded? Maybe it’s a bug?

the log said “ERROR: remotesend: Failed to upload file”

It tries again later, and succeeded.

On the remote site, press the “Rescan local storage” link in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab. Then, if you still can’t see it, link a screenshot.
