I have the following message on my website however despite have a current licence.

Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

I have tried uninstalling the plugin and reloading, I have also tried to reconnect however now on the plugin page I have the following message beside:

Available for this site (via your all-addons purchase) – please follow this link to update the plugin in order to get it

My most recent order number is #140879.

Please let me know how I fix this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I think our licensing server was giving a wrong result there. I’ve tweaked it now. Please visit your ‘Updates’ page in WordPress, and reload the UpdraftPlus page – does that fix it?

    Hi Thorsten,

That doesn’t sound like the same problem; please can you open a ticket here and explain the symptoms you’re seeing? https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/

    Hi Lucas,

Could you open a support ticket? https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/

We need confirmation on the sites that you need updating.

    Best Wishes,
