    Have just bought vault space (my first purchase) and reinstalled updraft as instructed in purchase email but when I go to refresh connection under ‘premium/extensions’ tab no vault activation link appears and vault is not listed in addons at all. So I can’t activate it!

    I noticed that the newly installed updraft doesn’t have an ‘add ons’ tab, as suggested in the instructions. It only has the ‘premium/extensions’ tab, so have I perhaps been sent the wrong file?

    Also my password keeps automatically reverting to a wrong one. I can manually enter the correct one and connect but the new password isn’t stored.

    Hi,

    Apologies, the installation instructions have become a little out of date. The ‘Addons’ tab is now called the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    UpdraftPlus Vault is not an add-on in the same manner as our other products. You can connect to the Vault in the Remote Storage settings in the Settings tab on the UpdraftPlus dashboard.

    UpdraftPlus does not store your password when you connect. This may be your browser auto-filling the password field with a stored password.
