    I have a multi site and will like to clone the site, i bought the software but it doesn’t work. can i get a refund?

    To request a refund, you will need to open a ticket through our Customer Support form:

    (The form will display on the page after clicking ‘search’)

    I’m afraid that we are not able to process refund request via the forums.
