    Hello just purchased migrator to clone a site to a new domain ([] >>>> []). Followed instructions, was able to set key and connect sites… but 0% progress after over an hour. Site is less than 2gbs.

    Any idea?

    Errors:

    Also keep getting this error on the logs:
    The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the response.

    I just paid to have my server support manually handle this migration for me, as I needed it done ASAP.

    Can you tell me if you offer a refunds for this add-on?. I hate to pay $30.00 for something that did not work and did not end up using for the reason I purchased it.

    Either way can you please delete my forum post. I did not know these were public and I had my domain names in my original post, which I do not want public.

    Hi Tyrone,

    I have removed the domain names from the original post.

    Could you please open a ticket through our Customer Support Form? We cannot process refund requests through the forums.

    (The form itself displays on the linked page after clicking ‘search’)
