    Hi, with the last Update of UpdraftPlus i can not update different Plugins, eg. from WoCommerce or advanced ads… I have the same problems of two of my sites. Anny Ideas?

    Hi Frank,

    Do you get any error message/warning message in your dashboard?
    Can you check your PHP error logs as well? It will provide us more information about the cause.

    Hi Bryle,

    when I try to update a plug-in there is no error warning. Only in the dashboard I have the following notice:

    ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION

    I already had this when everything was working fine. On one of our other sites I also have this hint, but there Updraft works flawlessly.

    The backup of the data is done, only the plug-ins are not updated. The problem started with your last but one update.

    The error for division message will not be affecting this.
    There was a bug with our Automatic backup before an update functionality but this should now be fixed, could you try again?

    Hi Vanessa,

    glad to hear that the bug has been fixed. However, I continue to have the problem. I have reinstalled Updraft twice, but I still have this error on two of my pages. I can only update plugins when I disable Updraft. This is unfortunate.

    What version number do you have currently installed?
    I am assuming this is with the Automatic backup before an update functionality?
    Does the backup start and stall midway or does it not start.
    If stall’s midway can you send me the log from the backup/restore tab?

    Your backup times out but does not schedule a resumption, can you install the free plugin WPCrontrol and take a screenshot of your Cron Events?
