Hello,
I’m trying to migrate a multisite install but it only moves the main site. The backup finishes but it only contain the main site.
You can see on the name of the file that it’s only for the main site.
I’ve downloaded the backups moved to the other server and restored but only the main site came over.Does anybody have this issue?

Please could you send us a copy of the original backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus settings page on the original site.
Could you also send us a copy of the migration log? This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the destination site.
The contents of the logs will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the links here. You can also set your reply to ‘private’ if you prefer.

From the logs, it appears that the backup is backing up the whole multisite installation.
How many sub-sites are present on this installation?Have you tested a restoration of the backup? If so, could you send us a copy of the restoration log? This is available in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site.
