    I’ve had a website built on a windows box for a while that hasn’t backed up to dropbox becuase of mcrypt. i’ve finally gotten round to getting my host to move it off onto a linux box, I removed thehundreds of zip files it had failed to get over to drop box but UD is still reporting them as being on the system even after a rescan.

    Whats the process of clearing this down?

    Hi Liam,

    The ‘Wipe Settings’ button down in the ‘expert’ section is the nuclear option for a completely fresh start.

    it cleared the settings but not the reported backup sets?

    Ah, you’re right.

    Reduce the number of retained backups to 1, and then run a backup.

    Or run this SQL command (changing the table prefix appropriately): DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name=’updraft_backup_history’

    creating another backup just did a +1 to my count… SQL did the job.. zzzzap!
