I purchased an all inclusive pack covering all the plug-in and i guess I am entitled for a paid support. i could not figure out about how to access the developers directly. I hope that I will get support from this forum.
When I tried the first back-up, it started backing up and now it is saying that two sets of back-up are existing in Google Drive (the destination). I open the specific folder and see that only two sets of theme and plug in back up is existing. The uploaded posts/picture etc. are not at all backed up despite opting for it in plugin control panel. Please help!!
Currently it is showing the following for last two hours:
“Googledrive chunked upload: 4 % uploaded (Sep 14 06:16:03)”
