1) What’s the error message? You don’t seem to have included it – ?
2) I can’t follow that logfile link – it requires a WordPress admin login to access. Can you instead paste the log contents to pastebin.com, or send it to [email protected]?

This appears several times in your log file:
Quote:FTP Failure: we did not successfully log in with those credentials.However, other times it does log in and start uploading the backup.
Therefore, the most likely cause of the login failures is that the FTP server has login limits – e.g. no more than 10 people logged in at the same time – and is regularly hitting those limits.
Two possible solutions:
1) Talk to whoever is running the FTP server, and let them know that their server is overloaded (or perhaps the limits are just too low, and they can raise them)
2) Schedule the backup for a different time of day when the server is less loaded.David
