    Hi David,

    I originally logged this issue – https://updraftplus.com/forums/support-forum-group1/paid-support-forum-forum2/install-fails-could-not-remove-the-old-plugin-thread71/

    I had problems installing the plugin, so you kindly sent me a zip that contained all of the premium plugins. This worked.

    I have just upgraded the plugin and it is not recognising that we have purchased the premium version, so has defaulted to the basic version. When I visit the updraft addons pagem it says that the plugin is linked with my account but doesn’t recognise that I have premium. I’ve tried refreshing add-ons but that didn’t work.

    Any ideas?

    Hi John,

    I will send you the plugin again. You need to either make sure that you do claim the add-ons in the UpdraftPlus Addons page for the site – otherwise the mothership doesn’t know that your site is the one you want to use your entitlement on. This applies even if you install directly from the plugin I send you.

    Many thanks David. I’ve claimed the add-ons now so should be all good in future.
