    Hi,

    Why you company get from my debit card 2 subscription instead of one. I didn’t apply for 2 subscription. I had only one subscription and in my dashboard now appear I have 2 active subscription.

    In view of above, please, give my money back from the Subscription #1155533 was started on June 17, 2021 7:25 pm. Only I need to remain active the subscription #1470804, was started on June 13, 2022 4:51 pm and is currently active.

    Hi,

    It shows that you have manually purchased the renewal last year that caused the duplicate subscription. Is it okay if we can just extend your license to 2-years? Instead of a refund?

    Please note too that subscription will auto-renew yearly. No need to purchase manually.
