    Hi guys,

    I’d be grateful if you could fix the version number for the pro version. I have 2.12.30 but I’m asked to update to 2.12.30.22 which doesn’t seem to exist. I know there was a version discrepancy between the free and paid versions a while back but for the past few versions I can only update manually so I’d be grateful if my reminder to update would be resolved. Of course I could be completely wrong and if there actually is a version 2.12.30.22 I’d appreciate the link! :-) Thanks again for a great plugin.

    Hi Pádraig,

    The last part of the version number (.22) indicates the number of add-ons installed.
    Usually, the plugin would gain the .22 after activating the add-ons.

    Could you check that the add-ons have been fully activated on the site? You can refresh the connection to your account in the Premium/Extensions tab

    Ha! You learn something new every day. :-)

    I checked my extensions/add-ons and there are three that need updating. When I click on the link to update I get the message below which doesn’t complete after waiting 5 minutes. I can read that I am correctly connected to an UpdraftPlus premium account. Recently, I have had to update UpdraftPlus manually on my three hosting accounts so it’s probably linked. Is there any way I can update the add-ons manually?

    Ok, I found a work-around. Update via wamp localhost which also updates the premium extensions, then manually ftp to my other sites. This ticket can be marked as resolved. Thanks David.
