    I have a vp server running plesk with multiple wordpress sites on one ip and one database server.

    I have tried and failed to migrate a site from one domain to another which isnt working properly. All the files appear to copy over fine but the site at the new url doesn’t work. I have migrated quite a few sites now using updraft.

    I am assuming the problem is caused by the database being restored with the same db name and username, which are still being used by the dev url?

    Any ideas what i deed to do?

    I wasnt clear – the migration is on the same server

    Nevermind, it worked after downloading then uploading rather than using migrate
