    Hi UpdraftPlus,

    We have a customer there have an issue to connect the wordpress site to theres updraft plus account.
    When we are testing the SFTP/SCP settings, there are showing an error message on the screen:

    SSH 2 Login failed

    * PHP event: code E_WARNING: fsockopen(): Unable to connect to
    backup2.torpit.dk:2222 (Connection timed out) (line 1297, wp-
    content/plugins/updraftplus/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/
    phpseclib/Net/SSH2.php)
    * PHP event: code E_USER_NOTICE: Cannot connect to
    backup2.torpit.dk:2222. Error 110. Connection timed out (line 1300,
    wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/
    phpseclib/Net/SSH2.php)

    The Settings are the same to all our others customers settings, and that works fine.

    Can you maybe help with an solution? :)

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message. This means that there was no connection between the webserver and the S/FTP server – the connection is being blocked and so it would be necessary to speak to the companies concerned to ascertain where the block is originating from.
