    Hello,
    I can’t get my clone to load.
    I tried to reboot and shutdown and still not loading.
    Please advise.

    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall

    Hello,

    I think this issue is to do with a lack of resources and the clone was overloaded. I have added some extra clone tokens to your account and resized it to size 3. You should now be able to login. To renew the clone costs 4 tokens.

    Here are the sizes and associated resources for each clone

    starter – 25GB space => 1 CPU 1GB RAM
    size 2 – 50GB space => 1 CPU 2GB RAM
    size 3 – 80GB space => 2 CPU 4GB RAM
    size 4 – 160GB space => 4 CPU 8GB RAM
    size 5 – 320GB space => 8 CPU 16GB RAM

    When I access the site, it’s just an empty WordPress clone.

    Hello,

    I think in order to successfully clone the site you will need to use a larger sized clone. Was the clone populated with content before it was resized?
