“Sufficient information about the in-progress restoration operation could not be found. (restoreid_mismatch)”

This is the error msg I found.

    Hi,

From our records, it appears that you are still eligible for support.

Please could you send us a copy of the restoration log? This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site via FTP.
As UpdraftPlus appears to be losing track of the restoration information, it is possible that the log is split over two files. Please could you send us a copy of the last few log files that were created?

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin or Dropbox, and post the links here.

    Best Wishes,

    Hi,

It appears that the restoration failed partway through, leaving the site in the broken state.
The subsequent attempts to restore were blocked by the existence of unremoved folders from a previous restoration.

Before you can attempt the restoration again, you will need to delete the old directories from the site. If you have access to the UpdraftPlus settings page, you should find a button for this purpose at the top of the screen. You can then attempt the restoration again.

If not, I would recommend resintalling WordPress from scratch, and repeat the restoration.

    Best Wishes,
    David N
