    Hi,

    I renewed my license, but I’m still getting the message that says it’s expired. Tried re-connecting my account in the Premium/Extensions tab, didn’t fix the problem. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that our licencing server did not recognise the purchase as a renewal.
    I have now adjusted your licences to correctly reflect the renewal.

    The renewal message should no longer display in your UpdraftPlus installation.

    I have updated your license now.
    Please can you refresh the connection to your account through the Premium/Extensions tab?

    I renewed as well and it is showing as expired

    I have the same problem.
    Site (IBPSIA.com) is not even showing up on my “UpdraftPlus : All addons” page here.

    Hello, I’m having the same issue, it’s showing expired on sites

    Hi Monica,

    I have fixed it now. The renewal message should now disappear.

    Please note that we have a price change on our packages and the new price will be applied on your next renewal.
