When i try to access any backups in the Updraftcentral i get this error:
XXXXX (Website name) – Error
An error occurred – you may find more information in your web browser’s JavaScript console.
No encryption key has been setI have Wordpfence installed on both our websites, does this affect the installation?

If you open the JS console, does this show an error?
Can you try disabling WordFence, can you retrieve your backups?
