On the last invoice (2010097) we were charged VAT even though we have a VAT number (ATU47258006). The previous invoices were correctly issued without VAT. Request for correction

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have recently reinstated VAT for EU customers to adhere to EU regulations. However, there have been instances where the VAT number on record for business customers was not applied to automatic renewal orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund solely for the VAT amount due to these regulations. Nevertheless, we can offer a full refund for your latest purchase, allowing you to make a new purchase without the VAT.
