    I paid for premium to solve a problem.
    Now I have another problem. There is no link to the plugin file to download. I have read instructions. I have look at your website under my purchases.
    Where is it?
    It is not emailed to me.
    I am no smart enough to figure this out with only an above average IQ. Clearly I need genius level.

    Your instructions merely state to download the file. No clue, not even a hint is given as to where to download the file from. Are you trying to aggravate paid customers?
