    Hello,

    I have paid for a one time, 1 day turnaround support, as I need my website restored from my backups.

    No one has contacted me yet?

    Do I need to do anything?

    Hey,

    I have tried to make contact a few times but haven’t heard anything.

    The problem has now been resolved and I had to pay someone else as it was urgent to restore the database through the myphp admin.

    Could I please get a refund.

    No work has been started by UpDraft so hopefully this shouldn’t be any problem.

    Thanks a lot your assistance is appreciated.
