    Hello,
    I am having a lot of issues in migrating my site. I have now managed to get the latest backup to Dropbox appear in the destination (empty) WordPress installation.

    Now when I click the ‘Clone/Migrate’ button on the destination site, select the backup to restore, tick the ‘Search and Repair’ box and click ‘Restore’ the following happens….

    The following message appears:
    “Restore backup from: Jun 12, 2017 10:33 (backup set imported from remote location)

    Retrieving (if necessary) and preparing backup files…
    Processing…”

    I have left it like this for over an hour, then cancelled it. The log on the Current Status screen displays the following message:
    “Max packet size: 16 MB (Jun 12 15:18:53)”

    Please advise of the next steps to take. This is wasting a lot of time.

    Good Morning,

    I still haven’t had any reply on this. Considering it is the forum for your paying customers I find it rather disappointing. Could you please assist with this query ASAP as it is holding up our project?

    Hi Keith,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that there may be an issue downloading the backup files from Dropbox to the server.
    Please could you download the backup files directly from Dropbox, then upload them to the site via the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab?
    Then attempt the restoration again.
