    6/18/24
    My credit card was charged $70.00 for your service on 6/12/24.
    This is the second time I’m writing you regarding this matter.
    You had no authorization to charge my credit card.
    I did not make this purchase!!
    My website was taken down months ago!
    A credit must be posted immediately.
    If I do not hear from someone regarding this matter,
    I will be contacting your merchant account and posting a chargeback!!!

    For a paid subscription, the customer service I’ve received is non-existent and therefore terrible!
