    Long story short, we had a new site built. When the developer updated to the new site over a couple of months worth of blog posts were lost. I asked support about restoring just the blog posts. I started the restore to check that I had the database files needed, and then I ran a full backup of the new site.
    When I went back to try restoring the database files the backup I needed was missing from the list in wp-admin. I did a rescan of remote storage and it was in the list again. However, now when it gets to the restoring step where it downloads the database it “times out”. It never gets past that step, no matter how long I want. What can I do? I’ve attached the log file for the backup.
