    Restoring a backup failed and all subsites (100+) are not loading styles or files at all.
    Here are the last lines of the log:

    Hi,

    The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10) error message in UpdraftPlus usually indicates that there is a problem with the backup file being uploaded or restored. This error can occur if the backup file is corrupted or if there is an issue with the archive format.Please check FAQ: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/error-message-pclzip_err_bad_format-10-mean/

    I attempted to restore an older backup but encountered a different error related to file permissions. Despite the directories being writable, I received the following error message:

    Error message: Could not move the files into place. Check your file permissions.
    0256.003 () Error data (move_failed): (2) /home/ubuntu/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/a5ec926c/uploads/sites -> /home/ubuntu/public_html/wp-content/uploads/sites

    What could be causing this issue?
    Accordding to the website site health info, the directories are writable:”The main WordPress directory
    Writable
    The wp-content directory
    Writable
    The uploads directory
    Writable
    The plugins directory
    Writable
    The themes directory
    Writable
    The must use plugins directory
    Writable”

    Hi,

    It looks like your file permissions might be off for your wp-content/Uploads.
    Can you make sure everything in your uploads has the file permsissions 755, please see here for a guide: https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/
