    Hi, I am trying to log into my Updraft account (migrate/clone tab) via the wp dashboard and Im not able to. I input the correct user/pass and hit connect and wheel keeps spinning and times out. Can you help?

    Also receiving the same error when trying to input a key also.

    Can you open the JS console whilst trying to do this and take a screenshot of any errors?

    A 500 error normally means something has gone wrong on the server itself. Can you ask your hosts to check your server logs and see if they know what has happened to get the error?
