    Hi guys,

    I have a site using a theme and specific settings and I’m creating different sections for different events with a new installation of WP in each directory.

    mainsite.com/
    mainsite.com/event-1

    I am trying to copy the WP installation in /event-1 to a new installation of WP in /event-2 – KEEPING THE DIRECTORY NAME /event-2

    Can this be done? Every time I try using the migrate tool it reverts to the original directory (event-1)

    Hi Steve,

    Did you tick the ‘search and replace database’ option during migration?

    Could you also send us a copy of the backup log for the migration? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab on the original site.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
