Automatic Renewal issue

    Hi Support,

    I’m using UpdraftPlus Premium (Business), and I did not receive any disocunt in automatic renewal, please help to check, thanks.

    I have already made the changes on your account.
    Your subscription will automatically renew on August 22, 2024.

    Hi Wing,

    I’m afraid that our system does not currently allow for the payment method to be changed for an active subscription.

    If you wish to change the payment method now, you can cancel your existing subscription here https://updraftplus.com/my-account/subscriptions/. This will allow you to start a new subscription with the desired payment method.
