Cannot claim add-on

    Hi, I just purchased 3 times Dropbox folders to backup three of my sites. For the first one I installed everything easily and it works. But for the second I cannot claim the add-on. I can connect to Updraft but it won’t show me the option to claim my add-on. This worked perfectly on the first site. Can you please help?

    Hi Mathis,

    It appears that our licensing server was experiencing temporary problems.
    Can you try activating the add-on to your site now?

    Hi guys:
    I have the exact same problem Mathis has above. I tried refreshing and even uninstalling the UpdrapftPlus plugin and re-installing it but I can’t claim the add on still.

    Can you please help?

    Same here, cannot claim the add on, which in fact is the UpdraftPlus Premium package.
    Looking forward to a solution to this problem.

    Hi @David
    I’ve got three licenses for the Dropbox Folders Add On. I’ve successfully installed the first one on https://www.aglusmanclinpsych.com.au. I’m trying to activate the other two on https://beany.com.au and https://alexglusman.com. I’ll be buying a fourth one shortly, just hoping it all works first.

    Hi @alex,

    Apologies, it appears that there was a glitch in our licencing server, and only a single licence was added to your account.

    I have now added the two other licences. You should now be able to connect your sites correctly.

    From our records, all your licenses (except for the Migrator) have been assigned to a site.

    Please could you check your licenses here:
    https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/

    If any licenses are assigned to a site that they should not be, or a site that no longer exists, let us know, and I can reset those licenses for you.

    Hi Egberto,

    From our records, it appears that your two latest purchases were processed as renewals for your two Dropbox licenses that expired in February.

    I have adjusted your licenses to give you two fresh licenses, rather than extend the old.

    You can now assign sites to your new licenses, but the original two are expired.
