Not Backing Up to OneDrive

    I purchased the OneDrive Support in February and have only just realized my site hasn’t fully completed one backup. There is no Support/contact anywhere… I am pretty frustrated with the whole thing. Where can I get some kind of help from Updraft?

    It just says ‘Error: OneDrive: Failed to upload backup…” without any explanation. My OneDrive is connected, it’s creating folders but they are empty.

    I found this in the log…
    OneDrive upload: error: (backup bla bla bla 4.zip) (Paths can only contain at most two colons)
    Anyone?

    Hi Katherine,

    “(Paths can only contain at most two colons)”

    It appears that the folder path to your OneDrive storage is incorrect.

    Can you check the folder path name is the name of the folder on your OneDrive (ie. backups/site1) and not as link?

    Thanks Bryle, that was nice and simple. I was indeed using the whole URL and not just the folder name. Perfect, thankyou.
