When attempting to connect to dropbox, get error page saying “This page isn’t working – service.cougarmtn.com is currently unable to handle this request” HTTP Error 500
I am on the latest version of Updraft (Version 2.13.7.1 ) and wordpress (WordPress 4.8.1).
Hi Charles,
A ‘HTTP Error 500’ is a generic error code that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server itself.
Could you please contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to check the PHP error logs. The logs should contain further information on the exact error that is occurring.
