    I’m trying to restore previous backups.
    I was able to restore yesterday, but something caused it to be removed.
    I’ve installed fresh wordpress to subfolder.
    I’ve installed updraft and followed instructions to uninstall and install my paid version.
    I’m able to access “premium” via the plugins page.
    I’m able to connect the account.
    Now on the “Premium/Extensions” tab. I’m able to click on the other tabs, but they go nowhere, page stays on Premium tab.
    I can enter the Backup/restore tab by clicking on the UpdraftPlus link in the WP dashboard, below settings.
    Once on the Backup/restore tab, again, I’m able to click on the other tabs, but they go nowhere, page stays on the Backup/restore tab.
    I’m on Version: 2.24.8.26.
    Is this occurring to others?
    Is there a fix?

    When on Premium tab, (and on Backup/restore) this is displayed:
    Are you sure that you wish to remove this backup set from UpdraftPlus?
    Also delete from remote storage
    You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account.

    If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.

    I’ve refreshed with no changes.

    I think I have it. I had tried to restore site with lates WP version 6.7.
    I went back to 6.2 and have been able to restore and the plug in functions as it should.
    Is the latest UDplus compatible with 6.7? I thought I updated the plug in, but that is where problems happened.

    Hi Burt,

    easymovinglabor.com doesn’t currently have a Premium licence assigned to it.
    Can you goto the Premium/Extensions tab, enter your email and password and click “connect”
    Under “all add ons” can you click “activate it on this site”
    You can view your assigned licences here: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/
    We are compatible with 6.7, we have also released an update today so can you update and see if the issues persists?
    Can you check that you have enough space on your hosting
    Can you also deactivate your other plugins and see if the issue persists, if it does not can you reactivate your other plugins and one by one until you find the offending one?

    I was able to use today’s update and everything functioned as it should. Thanks again.
