    Hi David,

    I’m having a MAJOR issue right now with Updraft and my site (pharmacyflujabs.co.uk).

    I went to restore a back up from the previous day but upon restoring, all my plugins have been deleted and I get the following message:

    Download db (Sep 14, 2017 14:11):
    Error: Download failed
    backup_2017-09-14-1411_Pharmacy_Flu_Jabs_16f6d425eeff-db.gz: The backup archive for this file could not be found. The remote storage method in use () does not allow us to retrieve files. To perform any restoration using UpdraftPlus, you will need to obtain a copy of this file and place it inside UpdraftPlus’s working folder (updraft)

    My site is now blank and I’m totally unsure what to do. Please help

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that the database backup file could not be downloaded from remote storage.
    Please could you check your remote storage location directly for the backup files, and download them to your local machine if they are present?

    If you have access to WP-Admin, reinstall/active UpdraftPlus and then upload the backup files through the Existing Backups tab. This will ensure that the files are available to restore.

    I would recommend restoring each section of the backup separately, finishing with the database.
    This will allow the maximum amount of time available to restore each section.
