Hi,
we prchased Updraftplus premium to get the feature for multiblogs to save them separat.
Right now we face the problem that the plugin says under tab premium/extensions
You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account. If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection. Note that after you have claimed your add-ons, you can remove your password (but not the email address) from the settings below, without affecting this site’s access to updates.
Ok. i click the link but nothing happend. just connecting runs all the time and the browser shows
Unexpected response: Security check (This is usually caused by your dashboard page having been open a long time, and the included security tokens having since expired. Therefore, please reload the page.)
How can i enable the extensions?

What is the site URL and what is your version number?
It looks like you have already downloaded a fully activated version of the plugin and have assigned a Premium licence to one site.
If you version number ends in a .25 you have all addons including the multisite add on enabled (if this is not enabled you will get a warning telling you that multisites are not supported.December 13, 2024 at 8:23 am #2320685Michel WaltherParticipanturl: vr-blog.de
version: 2.24.11.26it looks like that updraftplus has more problems

updraftcentral_send_command: error: updraftplus: could not parse the JSON (502)thx

If your version number ends in a 26. You have all add ons (including the multisite one installed). I have checked an this site does have a licences fully assigned. You do have the multisite add on active.
Please note you do not see this add on an option. If UpdraftPlus see that you have a multisite add on it will automatically use the add on.
Could not parse the JSON (502)- The usual cause of the error you are getting is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest? (What is the timeout?) -
