    Hello,

    I renewed my multisite backup plugin through an email you recently sent me, but my site is still saying I need to renew the plugin. I’ve tried following a few different link alerts from the site, but the message is still there. How does the plugin know that I’ve renewed? I have actually purchased this plugin twice this year, as I needed it for another multisite I was creating. Please advise. I don’t want my backups to stop but I do want these alerts to go away.

    Apologies, the purchase was not recognised as a renewal.

    I have adjusted your license to correctly reflect the purchase.
    Please can you refresh the connection to your account through the Premium/Extensions tab?
