    Hello!

    Our backups are showing as completed (with a Drive icon next to them), but they’re not appearing in Drive. I’m seeing the following error in the logs:

    PHP event: code E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR: Argument 1 passed to Google_Client::__construct() must be of the type array, object given, called in /home/injurycl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/UPDRAFT-PLUS/methods/googledrive.php on line 485 and defined (line 93, wp-content/plugins/symphony-wp-oauth-2/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Google/Client.php)

    I’ve seen this error mentioned once before on the forums, but no answer was given regarding it. We have refreshed Google authentication, but this did not resolve the issue. Help!

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log file? These can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin or Dropbox, and post the link here.

    I got a similar problem. Please help.

    Also seeing similar issues after client successfully obtains access tokens:

    PHP Fatal error (TypeError) has occurred. Error Message: Argument 1 passed to Google_Client::__construct() must be of the type array

    Hi,

    There is a conflict with the latest version of WP Mail SMTP plugin and UpdraftPlus.
    The developers of WP Mail SMTP are currently working on a fix.

    If you have WP Mail SMTP, the developers have given some guidance on how to downgrade your version while waiting for the fix to be released:
