    I installed updraftplus in a wildcard domain. When using that domain on another server, I can not use my premium account. The option that appears says: Available to claim on this site – activate it on this site. But when activated, the same message continues to appear

    Hi Bryle:

    in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab there is not a place for username and password. Only i can to see this:
    “You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account. If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection” I did it but nothing happens

    Hi,

    Can you scroll to the bottom of the ‘Premium/Extensions’ page? Do you see the username and password fields?
