Hi there – I have file and database backups scheduled to run every 2 weeks, yet the last time UpDraft actually backed up automatically was Sept 2017.
I’m also getting “Get Premium” all over my plugin, which is confusing to me because I have premium? But then it made me think, “am I signed in correctly or whatever on the backend of WordPress so Updraft knows I’m premium?”
Any insight would be appreciated (I just did a manual backup today).
Thanks!
Beth

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

Here’s a link to the backup in my Dropbox:[link removed]
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!

Apologies, the link you sent was to your database backup itself.
Please could you install the free WP Crontrol plugin on your site?
Then, go to WP Admin->Tools->Cron EventsDo you see any error or warning messages on that page?

I did as you said and it doesn’t look like there are any errors? I wish I could post a screenshot to you. But the column with “arguments” says “None” all the way down the column except on the lines with 3-4 Wordfence scans, in which case it just has a bunch of numbers.
Any insight?

You can use an online service such as snag.gy to upload a screenshot of that page, and post the link here.

Apologies, please could you send a screenshot of the Tools->Cron Events page?
You can find the ‘Tools’ menu just above the Settings, with a ‘wrench’ symbol.

May 9, 2018 at 5:35 pm #280164Dee NutbourneModeratorHi,
It appears that the scheduled tasks for UpdraftPlus are missing.
Please could you set the UpdraftPlus schedule to ‘manual’, save your settings, and then set it back to your desired schedule and re-save.
Does the ‘updraft_backup’ task appear in the list of scheduled tasks?

That appears to have worked. Please could you let me know if the backup does not run again?
Best Wishes,
David NMay 16, 2018 at 5:28 pm #281598BethParticipantI will! It looks like it backed up on May 10th and is set to back up tomorrow.
Thanks for all your help, David!
