At UpdraftPlus, we’ve always got a sharp eye out for the best people. Rather than having set vacancies and job descriptions for specific projects, we’re always looking for the top talent, sometimes filtering through 50 applicants for every person we hire.
Although we do have a small team based in an office in South Wales, we also use freelancers all over the world. We’ve found that opening vacancies to the whole world means a greater choice of the top talent.
Instead of having fixed hours, our team works flexibly, putting in the hours at times that suit them or their time zone well.
