    I recently purchased an agency license for up to 35 sites. I get errors on sites I manage saying I have lost the option to update and to buy a new license for the site. Do I have to uninstall what is there and install something else? I’ve tried the refresh option and it seems to allow the add-ons to update, but I keep getting the message.. ?

    Hi,

    Apologies, some sites were stuck on old, expired licences.
    I have adjusted your licences to correctly reflect your renewal.

    If the expiry message does not disappear from any sites, please reconnect the plugin to your account via the Premium/Extensions tab.
