    Same here; I am now allowed only 35 sites, but I used to have unlimited sites

    I hope you can help

    Hi @Karla,

    Apologies. We have updated the pricing structure of our packages.

    It appears that you were recommended the wrong product to renew at the time of purchase.

    As you were not aware of the change at time of purchase, I will ask my colleague to reinstate your unlimited license.
