    I paid Updraft, but my dashboard says, “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired.”

    Hi Jonna,

    From our records, it shows that your license has already expired last 2018-05-18.

    You will need to renew your license to remove the warning message and for you to continue to get updates and support from us.

    My subscription was paid at full price. Below is the information.

    Order Number: 280537
    Order Date: May 11, 2018

    From our records, Order #280537 was the automatic renewal for your UpdraftVault subscription.
    This order did not include a renewal for your UpdraftPlus Premium licenses.

    Apologies for the confusion. As you were not aware that the licenses had not been renewed, I can extend the renewal period and discount for you.
