    I just updated my subscription approximately 2 weeks before the due date of July 28th.

    When I renewed it tells me it expires July 12, 2019. Shouldn’t my subscription pick up where my old one left off and therefore push me out to July 28th, 2019?

    Otherwise, I’m losing weeks every time I decide to renew early.

    Apologies, there appears to have been a glitch in the renewal.

    I have adjusted your licenses to correctly reflect the renewal.
