    Hi,

    I’ve bought on July 25, 2018 an add-on SFTP and FTPS and SCP #295282 and would like to upgrade to the Premium Updraft agency however, when I enter the coupon code I received by email, it does not work and says :

    You have not made a previous purchase that is necessary to use this coupon.
    Coupon is not valid.

    Can you do something for me ?

    Hi,

    Are you logged into your account? You need to be logged in before the system can recognise your prior purchase.

    I can see that you have made the purchase without the coupon.

    I have refunded the amount that you would have saved with the coupon from the order (€13.00).
    You should see the funds in your account within the next few days.
