    Hello

I have the exact same issue. (Sigh.) If you could help me with this, I’d be greatly obliged.
    (For domain , please.)

On a more practical note, why can’t we do this ourselves, why can’t we simply allocate a license to a specific site? Or undo that allocation if we no longer need it?

(I went from having 10 licenses to 2. This seems to have caused a SNAFU. I have been in contact with Support, but the answer I got didn’t help me do what I need to be done, that is have the license allocated to the sites I want.)

Anyway, thank you for any help you can give me with this. :-)

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have reset the licences on your account, and pruned the expired licences.
You should now be able to assign your two sites to correctly renewed licences.

    Best Wishes,
    David N
