I have renewed my Updraft subscription, but on some of my sites, the following notice is still showing:
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.
It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
Please note that our pricing tier recently changed. Rather than the ‘Developer’ package, we now offer a 35 site license (‘Agency’) and an unlimited ‘Enterprise’ package. As such, I’m afraid that the cost of the unlimited package has risen since last year.
Apologies, it appears that one of the licences was stuck and that was causing the expired message to show. I have removed it now and the renewal message should now disappear.
Our records also shows that you still have 20 available licences.
Regards,
Bryle
