Hi, it looks like this is a very common problem. Surely there’s a better way to fix this than having to post a cry for help in the forum and then you “prune old licenses.” Anyway…

I have purchased an Agency license and I have 20-something available licenses, but when I install on a new site, I get the familiar “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired” message.

    1) Can you fix this on your end so I can register new sites please?

    2) The link that says “Dismiss from main dashboard (for 2 weeks)” is non-functional. The message goes away very briefly and then comes right back. That’s super annoying.

    3) Really we ought to be able to allocate licenses to sites ourselves (see Ninja Forms or other plugins), and/or it shouldn’t default to connecting to an old expired license if a valid up-to-date license exists. Please fix.

    Hi Paul,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear.

It is already in our future development list to improve our license management.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
