    Hi,

    I had an unlimited license.

Having less than 35 sites, I was directed to the Developer license for which the price was similar to the unlimited license I had previously. I paid the renewal license fee, but all my sites continue to display that my license will expire.

Not very good sign for my customers making them think I do not pay the license!

And when I check my account, I see an unlimited license expiring in November 2018, and all add-ons expiring in november 2019.

Can you please check and adjust : I would not like going over 30 sites to change my licenseof updraftplus!

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Kind regards

    Hi,

Apologies, the old unlimited licence was being caught as expiring.

I have removed that licence from your account, and ensured that all licences are expiring at the correct time.

The expiration message should no longer display on your sites.
If any still show the warning, refresh the connection to your account via the Premium/Extensions tab. This will force the plugin to re-check the licences.

    Best Wishes,
    David N
