    Hi,

    I have renewed this plugin and still showing renew warning message on my websites. Also not showing plugin updates. How can I update this plugin?

    found myself below solution:

    wordpress dashboard -> settings -> updraftplus backups -> premium/extensions -> connect to updraft account again with your email and password. Then able to update to new version.

    that does not work for me keeps saying my prescription is expired

    Same problem here. Premium / extension sees plugin is assigned but update link does not work. Mine is for Backblaze support and my license shows active on updraftplus.com site. The problem has existed for 3 months so far. WTF?

    I renewed my license on Dec 4, 2018. All my sites still saying that I need to renew. I have “reconnected” to no avail. Apparently I am not the only one with this issue. Why is no one from UPDRAFT responding with a solution?

    , I have adjusted the licences to reflect the renewal.

    @hisbackup It appears that some of your licences were out of sync. I have corrected this.
